Two faces and one person (with different tones):
- the one on the right, the real woman, she represents the natural woman with all her delicacy, she knows how to show her difference in the real world,
- the one on the left, her digital avatar, a warrior wolf, a fighter who fears nothing and no one. Her digital world opens up new horizons far beyond reality.
Will she be led towards this new temptation?
In this painting you will find three mirrors:… they invite the "spectator" to enter THIS VIRTUAL WORLD.
In this work, I fused expressionism and pop art. The colors and movement, based on acrylic, resin, and ink, invite reflection on our connectivity in a digital world. Each stroke symbolizes human interaction within the technological flux.

Karine Langevin KJL is a French artist, visual painter, born in 1972 in Dijon, who works with resin and mixed media on canvas in a Pop Art style. A graduate in Visual Arts, she has devoted herself full-time to her passion, which has become a profession since 2005. Her goal is to concentrate emotions in the visual aesthetics of materials and colors through specific themes. Each painting tells a story and is composed of elements to be found, like a treasure hunt, which support the chosen theme.
