About this artwork
This piece was inspired by a flower from my mother’s garden. Painting flowers allows me to explore a wide range of color schemes and focus on enhancing the intricate details that make each bloom unique. I intentionally used a background of pixel-like squares to create a visual and conceptual contrast between the organic softness of the flower and the rigid geometry of digital imagery. This interplay speaks to the tension—and harmony—between nature…
