About this artwork
A special luxury for your rooms: a 3D installation on canvas in an abstract style. An original, unique piece, directly from the artist, and of course, signed. :) The work is called "Metamorphosis." It has already been exhibited internationally several times, including at the festival of the same name in Lanzarote in 2023. We see flowing gold/copper and rose-gold elements that stand out luminously against the dark background and seem to project tactilely… into the room. The image invites the imagination to wander—here, liquid lava seems to bring forth something entirely new. The process of metamorphosis transforms the caterpillar into a butterfly—a painful and fascinating process that culminates in pure beauty. The principle of transformation constantly occupies me, in life and in art.
"Metamorphosis" is a meticulously detailed and subtle piece of jewelry, and the gold and rose metallic tones make it an absolutely exquisite highlight. The artwork can be hung directly on the stretcher frame; it is color-sealed!
Katharina Eisenberg, known as Kunst und Klartext (Art and Plain Speaking), is an exceptional contemporary artist from Berlin. Her musical background ultimately led her to the visual arts—in painting, photography, installation, and sculpture. She uses acrylics, mixed media, and often experimental materials such as upcycled materials, clay, or plants. She combines psychological symbolism with color-intensive concepts in thematic series and a global perspective—for example, in her country-specific works.
Her works express profound reflections on the spirit of the times, spirituality, and individual consciousness. They invite the viewer to playfully experience inner processes and emotions and to gain an innovative perspective on their own lived reality through the lens of art.
