About this artwork
Memories of Scotland. The painting captures the raw, melancholic beauty of the Scottish landscape: the interplay of light and fog, earth and sky, warmth and cold.
The deep rust and ochre tones of the ground contrast with the cool, bright horizon, as if the earth itself were breathing. Texture and color merge into an emotional landscape that expresses less a specific place than a sense of vastness, memory, and longing.
Offered here is a canvas print… measuring 80x80cm with an oak frame. A different size is also available upon request; please feel free to contact me.
