About this artwork
Ocean energies bathed in silver moonlight. In this work, I have captured a sense of stillness and depth using a minimalist and metaphysical style. The simple forms and cool blue hue are intended to radiate a meditative calm, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the vastness and the unknown.
Here you see an original acrylic painting by me, mounted on 1.5 mm mat board. The work is finished with a varnish and signed on the front. Kerstin Franz is an artist living in Germany whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in France. Life without color is unimaginable for her. Through her vibrant works, Franz strives to convey positive bursts of color and energy not only to the eye, but also to the heart, mind, and soul of the viewer, amplifying the vibrations of the space. An artist since 1996, she is a founding member of the Meerholz Art Association. Since 2019, she has had a studio and exhibition space in Freigericht with her partner Jörg Yogi Schäfer (also found here).
