About this artwork
I created this work to celebrate the vitality and wild beauty of nature. The vibrant red of the central flower contrasts with the lush greens, symbolizing the energy and strength of life. Every detail, from ink to acrylic, tells a breath of hope and escape, bringing to your interior a fresh and passionate atmosphere, full of movement and emotions; Canvas mounted by a nautical chart, representing ocean currents. The hibiscus, symbol of exoticism,… is a flower that takes our imagination to the islands. The seeds of the flowers fly thanks to the sea winds and botanical flowers are a source of inspiration for me as a painter but above all a creator of imagination. I used the transparencies of the paintings to continue to discover the map below. The bright colors were necessary for this canvas as well as the complementary colors. I like to work with pen and ink for the graphics of the flowers.
« Painting represents a vital need for me, which is an absolute joy! »
