About this artwork
Another work from my "Changes" series shows an acrylic cast whose flowing forms are reminiscent of a fjord landscape. Deep turquoise tones run through the composition like watercourses that are constantly changing and digging new paths into the land. Warm gold and copper nuances seem to glide over the curved earth tones like rays of sun, emphasizing the organic structure of the landscape. movement of nature tangible - a symbol of change, adaptation and the constant transformation of the elements. The overall composition conveys the feeling that nothing stands still, but is in a harmonious flow of transformation.
Because of the metallic colors used, it is very difficult to photograph the painting well. It looks even better in real life than in the photos ;)

Born in Hamburg and raised in Egypt, Iraq, and various German cities, my life was shaped by cultural diversity from an early age. These experiences sharpened my eye for color, texture, and space and continue to shape my artistic expression to this day. My interest in geology, landscapes, architecture, art, and design flows directly into my creative work. I have been working as an architect for many years—a profession that has deepened my understanding of space and material. Under the pseudonym "mimmisilver," I devote myself to free-form, abstract painting with liquefied acrylic paints. My works arise from a desire for experimentation and playful expression. It is the joy of new things and improvisation that drives me. For me, color, light, shadow, texture, and contrast are an expression of inner movement—a constant search for balance, depth, and atmosphere.
