About this artwork
In such difficult times, when it seems that the whole world has gone crazy and everyone has become embittered towards each other, I want the "Era of Mercy" to come, as in the famous novel by brothers Vayner, I want to remind that there should be a moment for reason and kindness in the world.
Konstantin Rudnev is a painter with formal art education from Mariupol and Priazovsky State Technical University, deeply influenced by his experiences during the war and subsequent exhibitions in Kyiv. He masterfully blends realism with surrealism, symbolism, and touches of fantasy, often building upon classical motifs and infusing reality with the slightly unreal. His canvases invite viewers into a world of storytelling and contemplation, stirring curiosity and prompting new perspectives with each evocative piece.
