This is an impressionist-style painting of a sunny, colorful flower garden bathed in light and filled with giant iris flowers and other beautiful garden flowers. In the distance is the faintest hint of a home. It is inspired by Monet's iris garden in Giverny, France.
This is an original 40" x 60" oil painting painted with multiple layers of paint. The paint is quite thick making it interesting to look at from a close distance. From further away,… the thick strokes of beautiful paint merge together to reveal the flowers, path and foliage. This painting is very impressionistic in style with luminous colors, light and shadow. It would be perfect for a living room, dinning room or bedroom wall.
