I am exploring the transformation of the concept of physicality in modern culture in relation to the introduction of computer technology and virtual reality into it; the transformation of physicality from basic reality to virtual reality. In the modern world, it is possible to go beyond the boundaries of our materiality and physicality, as well as overcome spatial limitations. Virtual tourism, virtual visits to museums and libraries give a feeling…
of liberation from the physical body, but at the same time reproduce physicality in virtual space. So, another form of new physicality on the Web that is enabled by technology.
In my project Virtual love I look at a biotechnogenic future in which the body shell evolves, bypassing evolutionary concepts.
