About this artwork
How do you experience the feeling we call "flow"? For me, this feeling arises when I'm painting and can't think about anything other than what I'm doing. It often happens in yoga, too, when a series of exercises follow one another, but you can achieve this feeling in any work. This complete continuity, flowing forward like a current, without worrying about anything else. The achievement of perfect balance.
