About this artwork
In “Inner Storm” I explore the movement of emotions that rise and dissolve like waves. The colors clash and merge — red, blue, and gold — reflecting the turbulence that sometimes fills the inner space before calm returns.
While I paint, I surrender to the process, letting intuition guide my hand without trying to control the outcome. Each layer holds traces of resistance and release, and the drying time becomes a moment of acceptance.
This work… speaks about transformation — how even chaos carries beauty when we stop fighting it. It’s my way of turning the unseen into rhythm, energy, and light.

Krisztina Megyeri, a Hungarian-born painter trained in Italy and Germany, infusing her multicultural background and deep connection to nature into her art. I attended Scientific high school in Germany, 1983-92 Various drawing and painting courses in Milan, Italy
Ceramic school Cova, Milan 1995-98
Individual study in A. Minuti sculptor's studio, learning from old masters like Mazzolani the poetry of the female form,
Collaboration in bronze foundry for 2 years.
In 2018 I felt the urge to paint full time and since then I do it with great joy.
