When I painted this piece, I didn’t just hear music I saw it.
Each brushstroke was a note, each swirl a chord vibrating through the screen of my mind.
Music is my muse, not just in sound but in shape and rhythm.
As I stood before the canvas, the melodies took form in color rich teals, corals, and golds rising and falling like a song unfolding in real time.
These weren’t literal notes, but emotional ones, the kind you feel in your chest or behind… your eyes.
The bold curves represent the full, round tones that inspire me.
The drips are echoes. The bursts of white and gold shimmer like crescendos.
There’s movement, rhythm, and pause, all translated from sound to sight.
Framed with a gold frame that is in harmony with the gold leaf embedded in the painting.
