Following on from Ferveur, this work explores the tension between power and meditation.
The horse, a figure of momentum and nobility, here becomes the receptacle of an inner light - a clarity that does not come from outside, but emanates from the movement itself.
Ardeur evokes this invisible, intimate part, where force becomes silence and matter becomes breath.
It is… a quest for inner radiance, a suspended moment where painting becomes prayer.
