The restaurant of the royal house ,,Flora,, - Protected area No. 72 Demolished abusively at the end of May 2010
Built in 1894, the Royal House 'Flora' Restaurant has been described in the report of the Presidential Commission for the Architectural Heritage as "an exampleof a valuable building" in danger of demolition. However, the building has never been classified as a historical monument, instead it has only been declared as belonging to a zone… of protection for a historic moment. Once a place where luxurious events were held, the building has had many uses during the Communist era and also after after the revolution when it becomes "private property". The former restaurant was taken over by the Communists in 1948, who donated it to Soviet residents, thus becoming the shop of the Embassy of the Soviet Union and later on the diplomatic staff of the embassies in Bucharest.

As a narrative painter whose style is in the real of free figuration, Dimisca's compositions translate his own take on mythologies, as well as folk tales from his childhood. His vivid pieces are created using acrylics and pencils on canvas or cardboard.
