About this artwork
The inspiration for this painting is looking further into the Outer Space, Nebulas and Planet formation.
Part of the 'Event Horizon' series.
According to NASA, planets emerge from the giant, donut-shaped disk of gas and dust that circles young stars. Gravity and other forces cause material within the disk to collide.
In terms of the style of painting here Nebulas and Cosmos are meeting the style of Renaissance and Baroque.
