About this artwork
“Becoming Unbound” is part of my ongoing series exploring knots as living, characterful forms.
In this large-format work, the structure seems to dissolve and reform simultaneously.
What once seemed limited is beginning to expand and almost spill into the surrounding space.
The form acquires a physical presence – fluid, vulnerable, and in constant transformation.
The tension changes from compression to relaxation, thus indicating a moment of… transition rather than stability.
It is not a fixed identity, but a state of becoming.
