About this artwork
In this painting, I chose to merge the powerful, almost tangible intensity of the jaguar with surreal elements that underscore its mystical qualities. Utilizing acrylics and touches of silver leaf on a stark black background, each stroke amplifies the creature's fierce gaze and fluid, shadow-like form. This artwork embodies resilience and silent power, reminding us of the wild's majestic beauty and profound mysteries. It is designed to be a bold,… emotive centerpiece in any space, inviting viewers to connect with their own untamed spirit.
My first experience in discovering art was in my early childhood. I just drew faces at first. Then the portraits. People around me liked what I got. Growing up, I began to draw portraits to order. Then I tried to draw the landscape with colored pencils. I like realism in paintings. In my works, I try to convey not only the color, but also the aroma of flowers, the freshness of the air and warm feelings.
