In this work, I wanted to express a dialogue between opposites: refinement and chaos, beauty and monstrosity, reason and instinct. The woman embodies control and presence, her piercing gaze unyielding; the beast, by contrast, erupts from the unconscious, a projection of all that is repressed, absurd, or untamed. Here, la belle et la bête are not simply opposites but inseparable halves of the same whole.
