About this artwork
We dreamed a lot as children. Personally, I did not dream, I lived in them. When I was asked what I want to be when I grow up, I always answered: "artist - cartoonist". I dreamed of creating worlds like the one in my head. I would invite anyone to visit. (the one who wants to see my cartoon). But I grew up, public opinion influenced me and I went to the biological faculty.

Liubou Sas is a prize-winning artist based in Belarus whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Her disctinctive landscapes ,abstractions and portraits are created in a particular style which is influenced by both expressionism and impressionism. What interests Sas most in her artistic process is the "person as an image" and the translation of their spirit onto canvas. She most often creates using acrylics and oils.
