About this artwork

The image of a girl in the author's texture technique. For an infinitely long time, you can look at details, shapes, structures, as well as paint that spread like rain on asphalt and stones. The author calls this effect "washing stones". as the sea hits the rocks, so the paint hits this rocky surface, leaving transparent traces.
The work is done on durable modern wood material, which is ideal for this technique. The set includes a frame as a… gift from the artist, since many of the works are participating in exhibitions. The frame is chosen at the discretion of the artist, sometimes he is decorated by himself. The frame can be removed at the request of the collector.

Liubou Sas is a prize-winning artist based in Belarus whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Her disctinctive landscapes ,abstractions and portraits are created in a particular style which is influenced by both expressionism and impressionism. What interests Sas most in her artistic process is the "person as an image" and the translation of their spirit onto canvas. She most often creates using acrylics and oils.
