About this artwork
Liudmila Shertsinger, born in Moscow and living in Franconia since 2015, is primarily self-taught in oil painting, drawing inspiration from the Impressionist movement as well as Italian and Franconian nature. She focuses on high-contrast colors, creates light-filled moods, and generates the characteristic flickering that makes her works appear dynamic and lifelike. Her paintings convey optimism, joy, childhood memories, and a profound sense of calm – they celebrate magical, timeless moments and invite viewers to rediscover the beauty of life.
