Pears attracted me with their elegant shape and the possibility to transform them into abstract figures. The subject is quite light but full of harmony, and the bright colours and dynamic lines create space for a visual journey, as if through a labyrinth, where the eye finds new and new facets of the painting.
The composition is light yet filled with harmony, where bright colours—green, yellow, red, blue,… and purple—along with dynamic lines, create a visual journey through a labyrinth of forms. The interpenetration of geometric shapes adds movement, while textured brushstrokes bring depth, making the image feel almost three-dimensional despite its abstraction. The interplay of light and shadow enhances the expressive energy of the piece, seamlessly blending natural motifs with a contemporary artistic vision.
