About this artwork
In creating this work, I tried to capture the wild essence of the sea, mixing expressionism and impressionism to evoke a sense of simultaneous strength and tranquility. The use of acrylics allowed me to express the power of the sea in motion, with realistic touches that invite the viewer to feel the freshness of the water and the breath of the wind. Lorenzo Sperzaga is an Italian painter whose works have been widely exhibited on a national level.
