In this photograph, I capture the ephemeral beauty of urban decay, focusing on a portrait from a circus advertisement, exposed to the elements for who knows how long and miraculously stuck to a wall. The fragmented face, which detaches itself from the layers, speaks of its provisional but strong impact nature of human expressions and memories that remain imprinted in us. Through this street photography, I deal with themes of transience and the remnants…

The portrait of this man, almost sarcastic, has resisted tears, rain, wind and sun, bleaching it into a magnificent azure blue kaleidoscope.
