About this artwork

The earth is dehydrated
No fresh beneficial rain falls from the clouds.
Herbs and flowers lose their green lifeblood and lay drying on the ground.
Only in some small basin does a little water remain like a blue gem among wounded clods.
Deserts advance without us being conscious of that..
So this work is a tribute to our suffering earth
