About this artwork
This contemporary abstract floral explores the quiet dialogue between structure and spontaneity. Layers of texture paint in soft turquoise, mineral greens, and muted earth tones are built up across the canvas using palette knife techniques, creating a surface rich with movement and depth.
Across this atmospheric field, expressive black linework traces delicate floral forms that drift organically across the composition. The contrast between the textured… abstraction and the minimal gestural drawing evokes the feeling of nature emerging through memory rather than direct representation.
This work reflects an intuitive painting process where texture, rhythm, and balance guide the final composition. The painting invites viewers to pause and explore the subtle shifts in color and form, revealing new details from different distances.
Both energetic and serene, this is designed to bring a sense of calm movement and contemporary elegance to modern interiors.
