In creating this piece, I delved into the fluid to highlight the tree's resilience and internal process. Watercolours and ink, allow the pigments to flow freely and form organic, dynamic shapes. These organically fluid forms are the sensitive stories of energy harmoniously brought together on Japanese paper. My artwork symbolizes the merging of detailed sap flow between the skin of trees.
