About this artwork
This work combines my interest in the futuristic with my deep appreciation for abstract forms. The vibrant, almost garish colors and sinuous lines depict a world where reality and dream converge. Every element, every loop, and every play of color is a window into the dynamic energy of the emotions and thoughts I experienced during the painting process. In your home, this artwork will create an atmosphere of inspiration and imaginative freedom, a… constant invitation to explore the limits of possibility.
I paint vibrant, energetic worlds where representational motifs meet abstract structures. Surreal elements blend with suggested landscapes, fantastical forms with romantic views of nature. This creates a dialogue between order and chaos, dream and reality.
My painting is process-oriented and intuitive. I usually begin without a fixed sketch, only with a feeling for color, rhythm, and composition. Forms, surfaces, and structures develop step by step and interact with one another.
I primarily work with acrylic paint and spray varnishes on canvases I prime myself. Multiple layers of paint, as well as techniques like dripping or masking, create complex surfaces. I am particularly interested in the interplay of colors – their harmony, tension, and their ability to create space and rhythm.
I see my pictures as open spaces for perception and personal associations.
