About this artwork
In meinem Kunstwerk bündele ich die Kraft und Erhabenheit eines Löwen mit lebendigen Farben in Acryl, Pastell und Sprühfarbe. Es ist ein Ausdruck von Expressionismus und figürlicher Semi-Abstraktion, der die wilde, ungebändigte Natur des Lebens darstellt. Ich habe emotionale Energie und eine tiefe Leidenschaft in jede Pinselbewegung gelegt, was in Ihrem Zuhause eine Atmosphäre von Stärke und Inspiriertheit schaffen wird.
Neben Aramis ist nun Athos… der zweite der Vier Musketiere
die ich als Tierportrait auf die Leinwand gebracht habe. Als Kind habe ich diesen Film geliebt. Die vier Musketiere, die für Gerechtigkeit und Schutz stehen und alles
versuchen, um ihren König Ludwig XIII. und seine Ehefrau Anna von Österreich vor Intrigen zu bewahren.
Athos bedeutet " Heiliger Berg "
Der Löwe auch vielfach bekannt als König der Tiere.

Manuela Rathje is an experienced artist from Germany whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions internationally. After practicing drawing for awhile, Rathje decided to become a painter, focusing on portraits of both people and animals in bright color palettes. Working in acrylic on canvas, she represents her subjects as individuals with their own unique spirits, capturing their emotions and mood.
