About this artwork
This picture depicts a cityscape. The figures and elements, as well as the colors, are greatly reduced. My intention is to create a certain harmony and calm amidst the hustle and bustle found in many cities around the world. It could also depict a particular time of day, perhaps in the morning or evening, times when few people are out and about on foot or in their vehicles. Perhaps they are on their way to work or returning from work. Or perhaps…
they are doing some shopping. Since the cars are only driving in one direction, it could be a one-way street or a detour, etc.
