About this artwork
In my painting, I explored the connection between the human being and nature, capturing the delicacy and intensity of the gaze of a young girl, surrounded by a plant motif inspired by the forms of Art Nuveau, which grows around her like a hug. Clizia is the nymph loved by Phoebus (Sun), emblem of fidelity and permanence of substance beyond the mutability of forms.
