About this artwork
A full-canvas bunch of white grapes. The subject is treated with glazes in shades of yellow, ochre, gold, and orange, creating transparencies. The background, in greens and ochres, suggests vine leaves and grapes in the distance.
In this work, I drew upon expressionism to capture the vibrant essence of nature and the joy of life. I chose acrylic for its richness and its ability to convey strong emotions with bold brushstrokes. The abundance and… sensuality of the fruit evoke a celebration of life, an homage to the simple joy of earthly pleasures. This painting will add radiant energy and sun-kissed warmth to any living space.
