The runners have already covered many kilometers, their breathing is heavy, their muscles are burning. Every step is a struggle, but no one lets up. Sweat is dripping from their foreheads, their faces are tense, their eyes fixed on the finish line.
Some runners grit their teeth, others mutter encouragement to themselves. Everyone is battling their own inner demons. Their legs feel like lead, but their willpower propels them on. Some slow down, others… mobilize their last remaining strength for a final sprint. The spectators on the sidelines clap and cheer – that gives them another boost of energy.
Their lungs burn, their hearts pound, but the finish line is within reach. Now only their willpower counts. With all their might, the runners fight against exhaustion, fighting for every meter. And then, finally, they cross the finish line – exhausted, but full of pride. Everyone knows
