About this artwork
In this work, I have captured the vibrant energy of the contemporary market, fusing figurative detail with the spirit of pop art. Oil painting has allowed me to capture the visual juiciness of each fruit, highlighting the color and light to convey a sensation of freshness and vitality. With each brush stroke, I seek to evoke the joy and liveliness that these everyday scenes would bring to any home.

Marietta Negueruela is an experienced artist based in Spain whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Italy and France. Her most recent works revolve around the landscape and are inspired by metaphysics, the Renaissance, and geometric forms. Color also plays a fundamental role in Negueruela's artistic practice. She primarily creates with watercolors, acrylics, and oils.
