A fox and a duck are two opposites, in nature a fox hunts a duck, and that in turn always tries to escape from a red… predator. In the painting, the fox and the duck are a symbol of the union of two dissimilar personalities, the relationship between which can reach such strength when you literally want to absorb a partner so that he is always there.
The picture gives reason to think about whether we can build relationships with those who are completely different from us, whether they will have a future. Can we change ourselves for someone else? And what is more important: to change for the sake of loved ones or to always remain yourself?
