Deception of vision creates an illusion: the sky is under water, and fish are swimming in the sky. The illusion gives a feeling of unreality of what is happening. The fish swim in a disorderly movement, they do not stop to enjoy the beauty around them. This reminds some people who are in an eternal race in search of something illusory, ignoring what is happening next to them right now.
