About this artwork
"Autumn girl" is a portrait of a young girl taken from my imagination who is daydreaming at home in her Parisian apartment, decorated in an old style to match her romantic temperament, one afternoon in early autumn. She calls out to the viewer without really seeing him, immersed in her dreams. I made this portrait in autumnal pastel tones in an impressionist style with Rembrandt pastel on Ingres paper.
