About this artwork
This painting represents a colorful feeling of inner graffiti from the unconscious, showing a reflection of the past and present, maybe the future. My prior life of a jazz musician was based around much improvisation of unconscious streams of ideas and colors and rhythms, chasing an inner motif. Basic realm of our physical inner life motion, on canvas.
I work mainly from the rising of unconscious feelings from deep within our inner abyss. Those… feelings come in a variety of ways and also bubble up to the surface and meet the reality of our daily existence.
Thick oil with palette knife application on canvas, stretched over wood frame, wired and ready to hang.
