About this artwork
In this oil painting, I wanted to highlight the actor Salim Kechiouche who was the actor in my play "The Hundredth Name." At the same time, this painting highlights (humorously, I hope) the fact that the character has just captured a bird, but hides it under his hat.

France
« I don't paint for everyone, I paint for each one. »
Michel Giliberti is an experienced painter and photographer based in France whose works have been exhibited nationally, in Japan, the United States, Tunisia, Belgium, England, and Luxembourg. He finds inspiration through emotions and subjects that agitate his consciousness. As a result, Giliberti's figurative compositions most often evoke feelings of loneliness, disenchantment, and frustration. His photographs are a lyrical and poetic translation of the people and places he has encountered.
