About this artwork
I took this photograph on Saturday, May 26, 2007, in the Landes department, where I was taking a spa treatment in Eugénie-les-Bains. In this image of a pylon piercing the clouds, I wanted to capture the raw power and vibrant energy of a metal structure rising majestically towards the sky.
