About this artwork
Lovers taking a walk through the city in the early evening.
I captured the pulsating heart of the evening in vibrant oil paints. Expressionistically, feelings and forms flow into one another, combining figurative and semi-abstract elements into a harmonious whole. The work reflects the intimacy of a shared walk, enveloped by the dynamic architecture and whispers of the night sky. It will bring an atmosphere of warmth and energy into your home, a… daily companion of inspiration and reflection.

« It is not important to me to present everything correctly- instead, I want to transform a monotonous scene into a colorful world with quick spatula work. A cold gray landscape turns flaming yellow and red for me. »
Mirek Kuzniar is an established artist from Germany whose paintings have been shown in solo exhibitions nationwide. Raised in a family of artists, Mirek began practicing at a young age and now defines his style in colorful landscapes, city scenes and portraits using a palette knife technique in oil on canvas. His work is characterized by a vibrancy through energetic palette knife strokes and saturated color palettes.
