About this artwork
This work is made with mixed technique using acrylic colors, vinyl glues integrating and recycling recycled materials. It was made on the theme against violence against women. The colors red and yellow represent strong emotions, the title "Battaglie vinte" recalls the positive message that even in the presence of negative, painful events, the story can have a positive epilogue (the victim is saved, the violent person is arrested and convicted, etc.)
Mirko Roncelli, painter and architect, creates works on canvas with acrylic colors, recycled materials and continuous experimental techniques. His works, mostly informal, exploit the interaction of different materials to obtain unique and engaging effects. They are pervaded by an intense emotional and spiritual charge, both tormenting and desirous, which aims to involve and amaze the viewer.
