About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to capture a poetic tension between vibrant color and the human figure, almost suspended in time. The wooden sculptures, both present and distanced, symbolize the simultaneous isolation and connection within our society. The dynamic washes of oil paint evoke a rhythm, an energy that I hope you will feel at home, as an opening to inner dialogue and reflection.
