« Man is the guardian of a force that changes the world in a moral, social and ecological sense. The evidence of this is the artists ability to shape matter, to create shapes and objects which are truly unique. »
Italian textiles artist Monica Paulon's pieces are enchanting and harmonious, inspired by her love of organic materials and the transformative nature of her craft they have a whimsical, airy quality which is instantly calming. Working with recycled materials which she relives through the ancient art of felting Monica's artworks are multisensory and evocative. Pieces reminiscent of the artistic masters Turner and Monet who inspire their color palette.
