About this artwork
This work (60 × 80 cm) is an intuitive acrylic pour on canvas, executed on a coarsely and irregularly applied modeling paste base, which lends the painting depth and an organic structure. Soft white tones form the tranquil background, against which a vibrant sweep of olive green sets its powerful accent.
The creative process was characterized by presence and a precise sense of timing. The composition displayed an extraordinary inner coherence from… the very first draft. This early completion was not further revised in order to preserve the work's authentic energy. The composition feels like a captured movement, dynamic yet clear, defined by bold reduction.
This work is the first abstract painting I have publicly exhibited. It represents authentic intuition, trust in one's own feelings, and the realization that sometimes the right time for completion is the very first.
