About this artwork
This image is a representation of an impression from nature. My inspiration for my work arises from moments I experience in nature, which I later process in the studio. In doing so, I use the impression I've gathered from nature in the broadest sense. Further thoughts emerge during the creative process, elevating the original motif to a meta-level and, through this mental processing and personal moods, acquiring a new autonomy.
