In Free Will, I address the question of choice—that area between instinct and reason, between play and conscience.
In the center, the word “POKER” acts as a symbol: that of chance, risk and strategy, where each decision can change everything.
The silhouettes, drawn with a fluid and spontaneous gesture, seem engaged in a game of life.
Each of them embodies a state—reflection, expectation, action—while the vivid colors convey the inner tension… of freedom.
Blue, pink and yellow tones overlap in a vibrant, almost cosmic atmosphere, where everything seems both possible and uncertain.
Here, free will becomes a dance between chance and will, intuition and destiny.

Muriel Deumié is a self-taught French artist engaged in a free and instinctive process of exploration that she describes as Sanzism—a personal movement without labels or boundaries. Each work is an invitation to an inner journey: through powerful abstractions enriched with signs, symbols, or fragments of words, she deliberately leaves room for the viewer's personal interpretation.
Working primarily on canvas, Deumié boldly blends techniques and materials: acrylic in the background, spray paint, pastels, ink, oil, and collages intertwine to create vibrant and organic compositions. His universe is plural, shifting, and profoundly poetic.
