About this artwork
In this work, I wanted to express the strength hidden beneath the apparent fragility. Small stones, like seeds of eternity, emerge from the bark of the birch tree, evoking a new breath, the promise of a quiet rebirth. Each shape recalls evolution, transformation, a peaceful energy pulsing beneath the surface. Imagine this piece in your home, bringing a deep balance, an invitation to intimate reflection and discovery.
Naïma Carbonare works primarily in painting, integrating natural elements collected along her journey between Drôme Provençale, Africa and Paris, with a background in Fine Arts in Lyon. She combines acrylic with plant, mineral or animal materials, creating suggestive works using glazing techniques, anchored in abstraction and inspired by land art. With a refined research on textures and light, she conveys the emotion of a living nature, in perpetual metamorphosis, inviting the viewer to contemplate the fragile and marvelous balance between humans and the earth.
