About this artwork
This piece captures a pause before movement — skis leaning against a snowy fence, silence before descent. Set in the Italian Alps, “Ratchines” brings together sport, nature, and stillness in a bright graphic composition. It's an ode to personal ritual and the anticipation of motion. A winter scene full of restrained energy, for collectors drawn to modern landscapes and outdoor themes.
